AI Endpoint Engineer

You will own endpoint and digital workplace systems end to end, designing AI-assisted diagnostics and self-service workflows that prevent incidents before they become tickets. Your focus is building reliable, automated systems that scale with minimal manual intervention, partnering across Security, Infrastructure, and Productivity teams to make the reliable path the default user experience. Success is measured by reduced ticket volume, increased automation coverage, and consistently high employee satisfaction.
